Anthos Investing
I spent the first chapter of my career as an investor at Anthos Capital, a multi-billion dollar investment fund that grew AUM from $100M to over $3B over the course of my time there. I was known for being patient and selective in championing investments. Ultimately, I evaluated thousands of companies and championed 4 investments over 5 years (two are nine figure businesses today, one exited for a 3x return on capital, and one is a pioneer in the field of spatial biology which is redefining cancer treatment).

Biz Ops & Strategy
In addition to my investing experience, I served as the first leader of biz ops & strategy at Anthos. In my role, I worked directly with the firm’s managing partners and leadership team to oversee quarterly and annual planning, hired the firm’s first head of technology, redesigned the investment process to ensure more thorough diligence and psychologically safe debate, and ultimately served as a thought partner that allowed senior leaders to diagnose and solve important problems.
2022
Launched Coaching Business
I launched my business in September 2022, spent a year receiving formal training in ontological coaching, became a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, and have spent thousands of hours reading and learning about leadership, neuroscience, productivity, and psychology, as well as collecting data from original interviews on my blog, No Directions.
